Dear User, In the case of direct collection of data, art. 13, para 1 of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires the data subject to be informed about the fundamental aspects of the processing of their data as specified in subsection 1, points (a) to (f) of the said article. PURPOSES
Data are only collected for the following purpose: creation of a database (on paper and other media) for the selection of candidates for possible future employment by our company; performance, by the data controller, of personnel recruitment, selection and assessment activities; assessment of the correspondence between your profile and the posts vacant within the company and, in general, performance of all appropriate assessments regarding the possibility of employment; management of procedures for the selection of associates and employees and contact with you via the contact data you have provided in order to plan any interviews considered necessary. The foundation of the legal basis is: your consent issued for one or more specific purposes (only if special data as defined by art. 9 of the GDPR are contributed); contractual or precontractual requirements under art. 6 para 1 point b) of the GDPR. The categories of data processed are: personal data and in some cases special data (art. 9) collected directly from the data subject.
PROCESSING PROCEDURES
For the aforesaid purposes, personal data are processed with the aid of paper and IT tools using procedures strictly correlated to the above purposes, and in all cases in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data and full legal compliance.
DISCLOSURE
The recipients or possible categories of recipients are: post office or other correspondence delivery companies; IT equipment maintenance/repair companies; and self-employed, temporary and casual workers working for our company. Data will not be disseminated. Within our company, they will only come to the knowledge of the employees and associates we have assigned to process them. Data may be transferred outside the EU or to an international organisation in compliance with the relevant legal requirements, further to signing of the standard contract clauses required by the European Commission, and notification of data subjects if necessary.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
The storage period of personal data contained in the databases regarding potential employees/associates will be limited to the fulfilment of the aforesaid purposes and in all cases will not exceed 24 months after the contribution of the personal data. The data contributed may undergo further processing if an employment relationship is established with the data subject, as stated in the specific privacy policy statement consigned at the time of hiring.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You are hereby informed of your right to request from us access to your personal data, or the rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, of the data which concern you, to object to their processing, and to obtain the portability of the data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If the legal basis of the processing is your lawfully given consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal.
CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO CONTRIBUTE DATA
The contribution of your data is necessary for staff selection activities and, if applicable, in preparation for your employment, so any refusal on your part to contribute the data will prevent the processing and thus it will not be possible to assess your profile for future job openings. The contribution of special data (pursuant to art. 9 GDPR) is optional, so your refusal to contribute these data will not have any consequences except that we will have less information when assessing your job candidacy.
